The ZIWI Pets Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ZIWI Pets and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway begins on April 17, 2024, at 11:30 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on April 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following actions during the Entry Period: Follow @ZIWIPetsUSA on Instagram; tag fellow pet parents in the comments of the Giveaway post on Instagram (each tag counts as an additional entry); share the Giveaway post on Instagram feed or stories for an extra entry. Only entries that comply with these requirements will be eligible for consideration. On April 19, 2024, 5 dog winners and 5 cat winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each dog winner will receive one (1) free bag of ZIWI Peak Steam & Dried. Each cat winner will receive one (1) free bag of ZIWI Peak Steam & Dried. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the winner selection date. The potential winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant ZIWI Pets the right to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. ZIWI Pets reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions. ZIWI Pets reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, participants release and hold harmless ZIWI Pets, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
